What is your current processing time?

Our current processing times are 3-5 working days.

What are your business days/hours?

Business Days: Monday - Friday 

Business Hours: 9 am-5 pm GMT

We respond to all emails and chat inquiries within 48 hours except for on the weekends and holidays in which case we will get back to you on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

I use Royal Mail to ship all packages. Your ship time depends on your location and shipping option chosen and it should show you the amount of days it will take at checkout.

What happens if packages are delayed?

Although rare, delays are possible. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it's completely out of our hands. We can only go by the ship times given to us by Royal Mail. We cannot provide refunds for delayed packages.

Do you accept returns?

As a small business, we are not able to accept returns.

What happens if my items arrive damaged or defective?

In the case of damaged items, we will replace them with the exact same item with proof provided. If we no longer have that item in stock, we will provide a refund. If you have received damaged or defective items, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form.
